When we bought our home through Kathy, we immediately clicked with her, but Kathy was also full of ideas for renovating and furnishing it according to our wishes. She took care of all the necessary paperwork and even had to sign the deed because we couldn’t be in Spain at that time. It’s quite a responsibility, but she had everything arranged so well in advance, in consultation with her lawyer, that everything went smoothly.
When we first arrived at our house in September 2022, Kathy had already prepared a few surprises for us. This immediately gave us a sense of home. During our 3 weeks on-site, we discussed a lot of the things we still wanted to tackle. Kathy then took care of all the quotes and contractors. She continued to follow up on the renovations and communicated a lot with us to make the right decisions. She was also present during the work itself, which was a huge reassurance.
However, the biggest challenge was converting a basement space into an extra room and bathroom. For this, we gave Kathy complete carte blanche, both in terms of layout and decoration. She managed to turn the dull, dreary space into a fresh, original, and particularly tastefully decorated room. We know it took a lot of blood, sweat, and tears, but the result was stunning. We never felt stressed about the renovation because we knew we could count on Kathy’s care.
In the meantime, we are fully enjoying our vacation home and still marvel at everything that has been achieved. Here’s to the next project, Kathy! Gracias por todo!
